Refund and Return Policy

We are committed to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience & satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and try to enhance the shopping experience of our customers, while working on your feedback and we are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.

Returns

We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:

  • The products should be purchased only from www.juiice.co and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
  • Return request should be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange for any orders that exceed the 3 days refund period. 
  • Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
  • Product should reach us within 3 days and be in sellable condition.
  • Kindly note that during sale, specific rules will apply for returning on sale product; If the correct product has been delivered, only in case we send a wrong product we will accept return. Unfortunately on sale products can't be refunded.
  • Please note that we do not take any return or refund requests without reason, and we only exchange products in case of damage of product or wrong product received. You can conveniently exchange any item within 48 hours from the time of delivery if there is a legitimate reason.

Delay in receiving the order

If you don't receive your products and you can't track it, we recommend reaching us by mail so that we can assist you with right details. We shall handle such issues strictly and take necessary steps to resolve it at the earliest.

  • In such an event, we can cancel your order and process your refund in your account or track your order and expedite the shipment.
  • You will not be entitled for any cash refunds as per our policy.

Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges

Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1 week of our receiving of the return package from you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return address is mentioned on the label.

  • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds:

We may provide Refunds in the event of:

1). In certain situations partial refunds might be granted if applicable (Damage or missing part).

3).Return of products purchased by the Customer, subject to eligibility for return.

4). On sale items will not be refunded.

5). Refunds can be made to your Bank account, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet. Please share the correct details with us.

When confirmed we shall initiate the refund in your intimated account within 48 hours of the refund confirmation.

Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 3 -5 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

7). Return address is mentioned on the invoice.

8). Also note please don't cancel your Paid Orders as they will be shipped. If you want to refund/exchange your prepaid order please accept the delivery first. 

Post that, if you'd like to refund/exchange you may connect with us and the refund will be processed.

9). Invalid Reasons: Buyer no longer wants the items – this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Juiice.

However, please reach out to us and we shall provide resolution to the problem faced by you.

Note

We never ask for your Credit/Debit card numbers for initiating refund. Please never give Credit/Debit card numbers and OTP to anyone.

    Refund Timelines

    We initiate eligible refunds within 48 hours from receipt of products at our warehouse. 

    Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances and bank’s policy. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI or any 3rd party wallet please allow 3 -5 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.

    Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color.

    Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
